Learn more about Youth Crisis Center, Touchstone Village and the CINS/FINS program. CINS stands for "Children in Need of Services", and FINS stands for "Families in Need of Services". These are intervention services to help keep kids out of the juvenile justice and child welfare system.

"JSO officers pick up runaway and homeless children every
day, and many of them can't return home due to a bad home situation.
In that case, Florida Statutes dictate that the only place my officers
can take those children is YCC. JSO depends greatly on YCC to help
rescue kids from the streets."
